Terms of Use

Accounts with SentFromYou.com (SFY) are subject to the following terms:

1. Cards can not be sent without a credit card saved on file for your account. Billing information is stored securely and only charged for credit purchases which are used to send cards. Your information is not shared with anyone or any entity outside SFY. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
2. Purchased credits are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Credits can only be used for sending cards on SFY. The cost of USPS postage is factored into the credit cost.
3. SFY is only available US & Canadian customers.
4. No inappropriate content (photos, images, created text, etc...) will be tolerated on SFY. If inappropriate material is found on your account, or within a card you create, your account will be subject to termination with no refund for accumulated credits. Cards you create and send are also subject to applicable Federal mail laws. SFY is not liable for user-generated content under applicable Digital Millenium Copyright Act laws.
5. Under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act SFY is not liable for user-generated content including copyright infringment from uploaded photos. If we receive notice of copyright infringment, the photos/images in question will be immediately deleted by the SFY administrator in concordance with applicable liability laws. Your account also may be suspended or terminated if copyright protection is abused.
6. You may close your account at anytime in the Dashboard » My Account. Your credit card will be immediately removed from file and your account resources will be deleted (card order history, account info, billing history, photos and address book contacts.
7. Your address book contacts are protected and not shared by anyone or any entity outside SFY. This and all of your data is stored safely and securely.
